Healthy Sleep Habits for Life
Sleep is not the same thing as resting or taking a break from busy routines; it is an essential function and a key element to physical, mental and emotional health. The purpose of this program is to provide an update on the many types of sleep problems and how to address them appropriately. Sleep disorders and complaints can be treated or managed by different medical fields, which is why the Northwestern Medicine Sleep Disorders Center consists of physicians and other healthcare providers who specialize in the multidisciplinary, collaborative treatment of sleep disorders.
