Nia
Instructor: Anne Pringle Burnell
Nia is a low impact aerobic exercise format that combines movements from Tao Kwon Do, Tai Chi, Yoga, and Modern Dance. Movements done to music. The benefits include increased strength, improves flexibility and cardiovascular conditioning.
Wear comfortable clothing. A water bottle and gym shoes are recommended.
A signed Physician's Consent form is required for this class due to the cardiovascular nature of the format
THE FIRST CLASS WILL MEET ON MON., 4/5, AT 3:15P. All other classes will meet on Tuesday.
