Pilates Mat II

Pilates Mat uses mindful movement to build strength, beginning with the abdomen, lower back and hips. Classes also emphasize posture, body alignment and breathing. A series of consecutive stretching and strengthening exercises are performed on the floor. Builds on knowledge learned in Level I and offers more challenge. Instructor: Jan Hall
