Pilates Mat I
Pilates mat uses mindful movements to build strength, beginning with the abdomen, lower back and hips. Classes also emphasize posture, body alignment and breathing. A series of consecutive stretching and strengthening exercises are performed on the floor. Instructor: Jan Hall
