Psychiatry Family Education Program
The Family Education Program through the Stone Institute of Psychiatry offers support, information and resources to family and friends of patients receiving mental health services through Northwestern Memorial Hospital. Each weekly session focuses on a different topic but includes time for open discussion.
The July 18 session focuses on suicide preventin and safety planning.
New members are welcome, but participants are encouraged to attend regularly to foster a supportive community.
NO REGISTRATION IS REQUIRED. THE PROGRAM IS FREE.
The program meets on Wednesdays at 5 p.m. in the Galter Pavilion, 13th Floor, Community Conference Room, at 675 North St. Clair Street. Contact Kerry Sullivan at 312-694-0670 for more information.
