Courage to Quit Smoking Cessation Program
Courage to Quit is an evidence-based stop smoking program that takes place over 6 group sessions with a trained health educator. Each meeting will include information, skill building, and support. We can help you understand your reasons for smoking, develop skills to help you quit, manage cravings and withdrawal symptoms, and prevent relapse.
